A Non Governmental Organization (NGO), governed by the laws and regulations in the country of declaration, has been created in Dakar between the supporting members of these present statutes and which name is "African Organization for the Development of Centres for People with Disabilities" (OADCPH)
The main objectives of the organization are:
- to create an organization in Africa controlled by the rules of private law (non-profit associative law) and subject to obligation of control by its members and partners for the implementation of a public health social mission
- to facilitate access to orthopaedic products for all categories of people with disabilities and for all of its members.
- The added value of this african purchasing Centre is to get involved in supporting its members in terms of continuing training, counseling, monitoring and evaluation provided that those members respect the statutes, the internal rules and the charter of ethics.
